Raymond Savoie LL.L, Chairman (Montreal):
Mr. Raymond Savoie is Chairman and CEO of Gastem and has been CEO of the Company since October 2002. After practicing mining law in Abitibi, Quebec, Mr. Savoie was elected to the National Assembly in 1985 and 1989 where he served as Minister of Mines (1985-1989) and later, Minister of Revenue from 1990 to 1994. Since then, he has been active in as a Director of several public resource companies and is currently Chairman and CEO of Ditem Explorations as well as a Director of Tawsho Mining, Epsilon Energy as well as other private companies.
Jon Kelafant M. Sc. (Arlington, West Virginia):
Mr. Jonathan Kelafant earned a MSc. from George Washington University and is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. He has over 22 years of experience in developing oil and gas projects, notably shale projects, in the US as well as overseas and is currently Vice-President of Advanced Resources in Washington DC. As President of Utica Energy, a private company, Mr. Kelafant drilled and fracced two wells in 2007 in the Utica Shale formations in New York State. His knowledge of shales and unconventional gas production in Eastern North America and elsewhere is valuable in developing Gastem's projects in Quebec, New York and Appalachia.
Paul Glover Ph.D (Quebec City):
Ph.D (Quebec City): Professor and petrophysicist, Faculty of Geology, Laval University, Mr. Glover has taught in UK, Japan and France. He is a specialist in hydrocarbon structures.
